NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Uma Devi, wife of Mahinder Singh, resident of House No. 439/1, Phase II, Bhimgarh Kheri, Near Railway Station, Gurgaon, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471, IPC, in a case PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.11.18 11:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-38582-2014 arising out of FIR No. 452, dated 31.5.2014, registered at Police Station, Sector 5, Gurgaon.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Jasvir Singh of Police Station, Sector 5, Gurgaon, submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.11.2014, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation.

In view of above, present petition is accepted. The interim direction issued vide order dated 20.11.2014, is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.PC.
