(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.0198 dated 25.08.2017 under Sections 436/427/120B IPC, Sections 3/4/5 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 and Sections 4/5 Explosive Act, at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda. Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Sarwan Singh, submits that pursuant to order dated February 14, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated February 14, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
