(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for directing respondents No.2 to 5 to act in accordance with law to change or cancel the mutation No.3200 which has been sanctioned in the year 2003 in favour of the petitioner and his wife on the basis of registered sale deeds dated 30.01.2001 and 10.01.2003 which has been incorporated in the revenue record since then and a civil suit qua the property is already pending in the Civil Court, the direction issued by the Tehsildar respondent No.5 to the Kanungo and Patwari vide order dated 12.04.2024 is without jurisdiction as till date there is no appeal or revision against the mutation No.3200 in any court of law. Further prayer has been made for deciding the legal notice dated 12.03.2024 (Annexure P-7) served upon the respondents and further direct them to proceed in accordance with law to RITTU 2024.04.24 10:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
