(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.351 dated 11.09.2017 under Sections 5/13(2), 17 of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausanvardhan Act, and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals Act, 1960 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Tauru, District Mewat.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order December 04, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 04, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
