Surinder Gupta, J. (Oral) CM No. 2081-C of 2015 Instant application has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) for passing a decree on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellants has produced original compromise deeds which are taken on record as Ex. C-1 and Ex. C-2.
As per terms of compromise, the entire land left by Bhajan Singh has come to the share of plaintiff-appellants and in lieu of the share of defendant-respondents they have been paid a sum of ` 55,00,000/- by way of cheques bearing No. 182908, 839182 and 839184 dated 06.02.2014 and cheque No. 002897 dated 10.02.2014.
The parties, who are present in person in Court, endorsed this compromise.

RSA No. 2527 of 2003 -2Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions from respondents submits that he has no objection if the appeal is accepted and the suit of the plaintiff-appellants is decreed as prayed for.
In view of the submission of learned counsel for the parties and the parties in person, the application is allowed and the main appeal is taken up on board for hearing today itself. RSA No. 2527 of 2003 In view of the compromise deeds, marked as C-1 and C-2 reached between the parties, the instant appeal is disposed of and the suit of the plaintiff-appellants is decreed, as prayed for.
