(Oral) Learned counsel is seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the petitioner on emergency parole for getting himself medically treated at some specialized hospital in the wake of multiple ailments that the petitioner is stated to be suffering from.

A perusal of the petition reveals that no representation has been made to the authorities concerned in the said regard nor any medical record of the petitioner has been annexed with the petition in question.
