The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.38 dated 25.12.2019 registered under Section 15(2), 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, Section 3 and 4 of MTP Act, 1971 and Sections 312, 315, 318, 420 and 34 IPC at Police Station City Safidon, District Jind. 2.

By an order dated 20.07.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Raj Kumar submits that the petitioners have joined investigation.
