(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner gave complaint dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P-3) to take action against respondent No.4, who took money from petitioner and thereby defrauded him. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Nabha, Patiala to look into the matter and consider and decide complaint dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P-3) in a time bound manner.

In view of above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Nabha, Patiala to consider and decide representation dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
