This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for directing the official respondent No.1 to 5 to take action against respondent Nos. 6 to 10 and decide the representation dated 09.01.2025 (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 09.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2- Director General of Police, Mini Secretariat, Sector- 9, Punjab against respondent Nos. 6 to 10 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Mini Secretariat, Sector- 9, Punjab to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Mini Secretariat, Sector- 9, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint 09.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
