**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking appropriate direction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is being harassed by respondent No.4 at the instance of respondent No.5. However, because of a bonafide wrong impression, petitioner did not approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Khannarespondent No.2, before filing present petition. He further submits that given an opportunity, the petitioner shall approach the the Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna-respondent No.2 by moving an appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today and he may be directed to consider and decide the same, within a reasonable time.

CRM-M-38537 of 2015 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna-respondent No.2 is directed that if the petitioner approaches him by moving an appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today, he shall consider and decide the same, at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation from the petitioner.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
