**** AMARINDER SINGH GREWAL, J. (Oral) 1.
As per the report of the Registry, intimation regarding the pendency of the present case was duly conveyed to the learned counsel for the appellants. The same has been received back with the remark that a letter was sent to the appellants at their given address, however, no communication has been received in response.
2.
A perusal of the case file reveals that on the last three consecutive dates of hearing, i.e. 29.01.2026, 12.12.2025 and 21.07.2025, neither the appellants nor anyone on their behalf appeared before this Court. Even today, there is no representation on their behalf. 3.
In the aforesaid circumstances, it is evident that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present appeal pending on the docket for an indefinite period.
4.
It, therefore, appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the present appeal.
