Mr. Neeraj Yadav, Advocate, for the petitioners Mr. Munish Sharma, AAG, Haryana for the State Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) At the very on set learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Lal Chand submits that the petitioners Pankaj, Hari Kishan and Sudesh have since joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from the petitioners and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.

In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.9.2018 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). The petitioners shall abide by the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Criminal Misc. No. M-39523 of 2018 -2As per the office report, a sum of Rs One lac has been deposited in the name of complainant Mamta by the petitioner on the directions of this Court. The same be handed over to the complainant on proper identification as per the rules. With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
