(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of complaint No.202 dated 08.08.2016 (Annexure P-1) and summoning order dated 08.08.2016, passed by learned JMIC, Faridkot (Annexure P-2) qua the petitioners. Learned counsel submits that pursuant to summoning order (Annexure P-2), the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and now the complaint is fixed for recording the evidence. At this stage, he seeks to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioner to take all the pleas before the trial Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.

Keeping in view the fact that petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are old parents-in-law whereas petitioner Nos.3 to 6 are distant relatives of complainant, the personal presence of the petitioners is exempted before the trial Court.
