By way of present petition, petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned order dated 16.11.2022 (Annexure P-2), passed by the Court of learned JMIC, Sirsa, in case CIS No. NACT 166 of 2021, titled as, "Amritpal vs. Ram Singh", directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of cheque amount i.e. Rs.1,60,000/- within 60 days, and also quashing of order dated 01.04.2023, passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Sirsa, dismissing the revision petition against the order dated 16.11.2022. 2.

On account of the fact that complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, has already been withdrawn, counsel for the petitioner prays that present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
