**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 0176 dated 4.6.2016 registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar under Sections 365, 376, 323, 506 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the prosecutrix is major and the allegations are that she had been receiving threats from the petitioner but still she accompanied him on an Activa and was taken to a secluded place at Panchkula where she was raped. Counsel further contends that if there were threats, the prosecutrix would not have accompanied the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 4.6.2016. The trial will take time.
