**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to an order dated 25.01.2017 whereby the anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner on a complaint made by the complainant, was dismissed as infructuous, as no case has been registered against them. Moreover, the grievance of the petitioners is that now the police authorities without any reasons have raided their house.
In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-State to give seven days prior notice to the petitioners, in case, they are required in any complaint/enquiry, in accordance with law.
