(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is to issue a direction to the respondents to submit status report regarding investigation of FIR No. 83 dated 11.05.2020, under Sections 376 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo and to decide the representations filed by the petitioner.

Reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Talwandi Sabo, is placed on record. As per reply during investigation, an application was moved on 29.07.2020 before the Illaqa Magistrate, to release accused-Jasvir Singh, as no evidence was there against him and the same was allowed by the Illaqa Magistrate on 30.07.2020.

Thereafter, the matter is again being enquired into by the RISHU KATARIA 2021.01.25 12:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-19580-2020 -2Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Talwandi Sabo. The trial Court has also submitted a report that on receiving an application by the police for further investigation, the same was allowed.

Learned State counsel submits that the bail application of accused was dismissed by the lower Court on 14.01.2021. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that enquiry is now pending before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Talwandi Sabo, this petition is disposed of, with a direction to DSP aforesaid to conclude the enquiry within a period of three months from today and report be submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate.

Disposed of.
