This is a petition preferred by Satpal Singh under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 for registration of FIR under Sections 323, 325, 506, 148, 149 IPC against respondent Nos.3 to 9 and/or a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, to look into his representation dated September 23, 2015 (Annexure P-3).

In pursuance of notice of motion issued by this Court, official respondent(s)/ State has filed reply by way of affidavit of Harjinder Singh Gill, DSP, Jalalabad. As per contents of reply/ affidavit, an enquiry was conducted by the SHO and the allegations levelled in the petition have been found false. Rather, it came to light during enquiry that petitioner sustained injuries due to fall from the cycle while performing Cycle Show and accordingly, complaint/ representation moved to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, has been filed.

In the light of aforesaid facts narrated above, the instant petition is disposed has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to have recourse to other remedies available under law.
