G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the show cause notice dated 08.06.2020 (Annexure P-8) and for directing the respondents to drop the departmental inquiry and restore 7 annual increments with permanent effect stopped by respondent no. 4 vide order dated 05.11.2012 (Annexure P-2). After arguing for some time, counsel does not press the petition since against the show cause notice dated 08.06.2020 (Annexure P-8), admittedly he has filed a detailed reply to the same (Annexure P-9), on which, final orders are yet to be passed.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed being pre mature with liberty to file a fresh one after final orders are passed on the said show cause notice.
