The prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.66 dated 26.04.2021 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 304-B, 498-A, 406 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar Rural, Punjab; final report (Annexure P7) and order of learned trial Court (Annexure P8) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased who is an old lady and is suffering from old-age ailments and therefore, prays that her personal presence before the learned trial Court may be exempted. Permitted to withdraw.
