(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.124 dated 18.06.2018 registered under Sections 22 and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda.

On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 11.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
