(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.55 dated 02.05.2017 registered under Sections 302, 307, 506, 336, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is on bail since 09.02.2018 and till date he has not mis-used the concession of bail.

Heard.

Since, no overt act of the petitioner has come on record after RAVINDER SINGH 2018.12.05 15:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
