(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.80 dated 22.06.2018 registered under Sections 148, 149, 325 and 506 IPC at Police Station Jathlana, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. On instructions from ASI Prem Chand, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 21.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
