Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners along with his employees/workers. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 17.6.2017 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.3Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran , is directed to look into the representation dated 17.6.2017 (Annexure P4) and take required action, if any, expeditiously as per law.

With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
