ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein inter alia is for setting aside impugned order dated 21.03.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Executing Court in Execution No.1442 of 2018 and execute award passed by learned Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court. 2.

In view of issue of compassionate appointment as per Bank's policy having been left open in the connected revision petition bearing CR No.2636-2023, instant revision petition is disposed of with liberty to reagitate the said issue before the learned executing Court. 3.
