As per allegations on account of altercation on a Cricket field the accused party armed with weapons inflicted injuries. Petitioner-accused Satnam Singh @ Satti is alleged to have fired a gun shot, while accused petitioner Bhagwan Singh @ Bhana is attributed an injury with an iron pipe.

CRM-M 38584/2015 It is also stated that based on the compromise dated 12.10.2015, this Court has already issued notice of motion in a petition filed for quashing of the FIR itself.

Learned State counsel and counsel for complainant do not deny the factum of compromise. Even challan has not been presented in view of the compromise between the parties.

In the aforesaid circumstances, interim bail granted vide order dated 9.11.2015 is made absolute.

Disposed of.
