LISA GILL, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for direction to the official respondents to fairly investigate FIR No. 64 dated 13.07.2017 registered under Sections 307, 364, 354, 323, 325, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurcharan Singh, informs that five accused in this case have been arrested. Final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has since been presented on 28.10.2017.
