**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 33 dated 1.4.2017 registered at Police Station Ghuman, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Section 66-E of Information Technology Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2017. No video has been recovered. The prosecutrix and her husband have already been examined. The petitioner and the husband of the complainant are cousins. The trial would take time.
