CWP-15174-2006 (O&M) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 27.01.2004 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.1.
