Mr. Kirat Singh Sidhu, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. *** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kashmir Singh from Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and has furnished an affidavit that he does not hold any Passport. In that way he is not required by the police for further investigation.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 12.10.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
