SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 7, parents and other relatives of petitioner No.1. Copy of Date of Birth Certificate of petitioner No.1 issued by Registrar, Birth and Death Registration Unit, Urban Estate, Panchkula filed today in the Court, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 02.02.2017 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Neha is 02.02.1999 as per copy of her Date of Birth Certificate and that of petitioner No.2-Ashish is 13.07.

1989 as per copy of Driving Licence (Annexure P-2). They got married on 2.2.2017 Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4. In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage Sachin Mehta 2017.02.

CRM-M-3865-2017 -2of petitioners, petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2Assistant Commissioner of Police, Panchkula to look into the representation dated 02.02.2017 (Annexure P-5) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of copy of this order along with representation in his office.
