(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that despite all possible efforts, the appellants are not in contact. It is despite the fact that both the appellants are residents of Chandigarh itself.

Perusal of the file would reveal that the suit was filed by the plain*ffsKrishna Kumari and Krazano Devi (respondents herein) seeking decree of permanent and mandatory injunc*on to direct the defendants not to store goods on a pla0orm in front of tenanted premises on the ground floor of Godown No.178, Grain Market, Sector 26, Chandigarh. The said suit was decreed by the trial Court on 29.04.1994. The appeal filed by the defendants was dismissed by the First Appellate Court on 03.10.2000. Against the concurrent findings of the Courts below, the defendants have approached this Court.
