**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 111 dated 23.2.2018 registered at Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal under Sections 363, 366-A, 367, 216, 120-B IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the allegations against the petitioner are that the victim had stayed in the house of the petitioner and the victim did not make any other allegation against her. The counsel further submits that challan has been presented. State counsel informs that the girl was missing since 22.2.2018 and she was recovered and she had made a statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the girl was sent to Bangalore and the allegations are against Saurabh and Krishan, the fiancé of the petitioner.
On a query, it is stated that there is no case pending against the petitioner under the Immoral Trafficking Act. The victim is a student of 12th class. The only allegation against the petitioner is that the victim had stayed in their house for few GURPREET SINGH 2018.09.
Crl. Misc. No. M-39593 of 2018 -2days and she had promised to arrange a job for her in the dance club. The main accused is Saurabh and Krishan. Challan has been presented. The trial would take time.
Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate with the condition that she will not tamper with evidence in any manner.
