RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.86, dated 30.03.2018, under Sections 376/506 IPC, Section 6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(1)(xii) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.
It is submitted that petitioner is behind bars since 10.09.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that evidences from both the sides were concluded on 07.10.2021, however, despite that the trial Court has not pronounced the verdict.
Counsel for the State also affirms that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.
In view of the above mentioned facts, the Court does not find it MEENU 2022.07.19 11:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CRM-M-22455-2022 -2an appropriate stage for consideration of the bail of the petitioner. However, keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the arguments are already concluded and the case is ripe for pronouncement, trial Court is requested to pronounce the same within a month from today, if not already done.
Disposed of.
