This is a petition for quashing of FIR registered against the petitioner and others, by his father respondent No.5 on the basis of compromise. A copy of the affidavit of complainant has been placed on record as Annexure P-8.

I have considered the facts and circumstances of the case. The petition is dismissed being not maintainable as the FIR cannot be partly quashed. However, this order will not prejudice the rights of the parties to approach this court again in case the matter is compromised inter se the complainant and all the accused.
