This petition has been filed for quashing orders dated 13.07.2017 and 16.08.2017 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Malerkotla vide which the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender. 2.

None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing. The date for today's hearing was notified to the learned counsel, as per office report. However, still there is no representation, despite the case having been called out twice.

It appears the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the present case.
