***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory in complaint case No.36/1 dated 17.07.2013, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panipat.
Following order was passed by this Court on 17.11.2015:- "Learned counsel for the respondent requests for an adjournment.
List again on 28.11.2015 along with Criminal Miscellaneous-M-36421 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has furnished interim bail. Accordingly, interim bail furnished by the petitioner before the trial Court in pursuance to the order dated 17.11.2015, is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
