In the present petition, grievance of the petitioner is that his services have been terminated on the ground that the services of the petitioner were not satisfactory.

Learned counsel for the respondents on the other hand submits that present petition is not maintainable as the petitioners were appointed through respondents No.4 & 5 i.e. the private contractors on outsourcing basis and there is no master and servant relationship between the petitioners and State, hence, keeping in view the law laid down by this Court in CWP12274-2020 titled as Kumar Saurabh and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 30.09.2020 that no writ petition is maintainable against the outsourcing agency and concededly the present petition has been filed by the petitioners against respondents No.4 & 5-which is a private agency hence, the present petition is not maintainable and the same may kindly be disposed of as such.

be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy before appropriate forum for the redressal of his grievance.
