(Oral) The applicant-petitioner has filed CRM-27119-2016, praying for withdrawal of the main petition, bearing CRM-M-38723-2014, with permission to file a fresh one in view of changed circumstances. The petitioner has approached this Court for quashing of FIR No. 362, dated 4.9.2013, under Section 406 and 498-A, registered at Police Station, Zirakpur, District S.A.S. Nagar, and all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.

Notice of the criminal miscellaneous application. Ms. Manpreet Dhaliwal, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice. The main petition, bearing CRM-M-38723-2014 is taken on board for final disposal.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the contents of the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, Criminal Miscellaneous application No. 27119 of 2016 as well as CRM-M38723-2014 are disposed of.
