(ORAL) This is second petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising from FIR No.136 dated 26.05.2014 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act at Police Station City Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate of the petitioner in Court today, same is taken on record. As per custody certificate, petitioner has also been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one month by learned Judge Special Court, Ludhiana on 20.08.2014 in a case arising from FIR No.201 dated RAVINDER SINGH 2015.11.28 11:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
