**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 155 dated 3.7.2016 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Patiala under Sections 363, 366, 420, 370, 371, 120-B IPC.

Petitioner is in custody since 4.7.2016. Challan has been presented. As per the allegations made in the complaint, the petitioner is the mother of the friend of the complainant. No recovery was effected from the petitioner. The allegations are that the petitioner was running a marriage bureau. The police has not been able to find whether any other case has been registered. The payment was not made to the petitioner. As per the allegations, the money was paid to Harikesh who could not be arrested. It is Kuldeep who is said to have taken the girl though he has not been challaned.
