PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.09.2013 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad vide which the petitioners have been declared as proclaimed offenders. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and have been granted bail, therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
