Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Inspector Harbhajan Singh, Anti Human Trafficking, Jalandhar, submits that the inquiry of the application dated 18.10.2015 presented by Harjit Singh (respondent No.5) reveals that the allegations levelled were found to be false and as such, the said complaint has been filed.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition with liberty to take all the pleas before appropriate forum at appropriate stage. Ordered accordingly.
