(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.3 and 4. Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have made statements before the police that there is no threat perception to their life and liberty and they have refused to take security for the protection of their life and liberty.

This petition being frivolous is dismissed.
