(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of order dated 02.01.2012 passed by learned JMIC, Batala in FIR No. 10 dated 02.02.2010 registered under Sections 363, 376, 34 IPC at Police Station Qila Lal Singh, District Batala, whereby the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender. At the outset, learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the same has become infructuous.
