(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case registered by way of FIR No.122 dated 23.03.2015 at Police Station City Bhadurgarh District Jhajjar under Sections 420, 506, 34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of orders of interim bail dated 07.11.2016 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigations which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from Sub Inspector Mahavir Singh, Police Station City Bhadurgarh who submits that the petitioner is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. However, keeping in view the stand of the Investigating Officer and the stand of the State, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 07.11.2016 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.(challan).
