Present revision petition pertains to the year 2002. Vide order dated 22.05.2024 notices were issued to the petitioners. As per office report, petitioner No.1 stands duly served, whereas notice issued to petitioner No.2 has been received back unserved with the report of incomplete address. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner No.1. There is no other address of petitioner No.2 available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of both the Courts. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
