Report dated 14.07.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Palwal has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Ashok Kumar and injured as well as accused persons namely Ashok Kumar, Roop Singh, Tara Chand, Bir Singh, Tek Chand, Chander Bhan @ Bhura, Karan Singh, Deen Dayal, Natholi, Kuwar @ Kunwar Pal, Devi Ram, Shankar, Pohap Singh, Ajit, Khubiram, Damodar, Smt.Jhallar, Oman @ Uma, Bhudev, Babli, Manish Kumar and Jal Singh, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure. Heard.
In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure property dispute inter1se the co1villagers from the same tribe and keeping in view the nature of offences for which the accused have been hauled up, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences in bringing about peace and harmony and in view of the law laid down in ()*+&)+,-.&/*/0 1+2*3 *+4 *+/-05$

Both the present petitions stand allowed in those terms.
