SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Additional affidavit of petitioners is filed today in the Court, which is taken on record.

This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 8, parents and other relatives of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 05.11.2015 (Annexure P-6) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Pinky Kaur is 12.07.1996 as per copy of School Leaving Certificate (Annexure P-1) and that age of petitioner No.2-Gurcharan Singh is 21 years as per his affidavit Annexure P-2. They got married on 04.11.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4.

CRM-M-38682-2015 -2the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to Superintendent of Police, Sirsa to look into the representation dated 05.11.2015 (Annexure P-6) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of certified copy of this order along with representation in his office.
