***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.163 dated 03.10.2015, under Sections 447, 457, 380 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City, Sri Muktsar Sahib.

While issuing notice of motion following order was passed by this Court on 09.11.2015:- "Contends that the complainant Rajinder Singh is the brother-in-law (husband's brother) of the petitioner. And he is neither the owner nor has ever been in possession of the house in question. Notice of motion for 27.11.2015.

The petitioner is directed to join the investigation and shall abide by the conditions as specified under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. And in the event, the arrest of petitioner is required, she shall be granted anticipatory bail, on her furnishing bail/surety bonds, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer."

Learned State counsel who is assisted by Head Constable Kewal Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further interrogation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
